What is Swag?

Swag are goodies right? It's also what you get when you put an 's' in front of wag, and we're all about Making Tails Wag.

But most importantly, it's the name of our loyalty membership club at Kazoo. You can earn Swag (and get those tails wagging) with each purchase you make. How pawsome!

What is Swag Club?

Swag Club is our free loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. The more you spend, the more rewards and benefits you earn, that you can apply directly with us! Simple and easy.

How is this program different?

Our brand new Swag Club program launched in March 2024 after a meowssive makeover! Not only are there more ways to earn points, there are freebies, VIP offers and purrlenty of perks to make your tail wag.

Wait, I was already in Swag... what about my points?

Much like your pets, we’re supaw loyal. So if you were an existing member of our original loyalty program, all of your valid points will be moved across into your new account. Your tier status will also reflect this level of points, so you may already be one of our most loyal Pals, Furriends, Compawnions or Pawtners.

How do I join Swag?

All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is to create an account with us! Simply follow the instructions to make an account with Swag Club and you’ll automatically be enrolled in loyalty so you can start earning points immediately.

What benefits do I get in the loyalty program?

The more you shop, the more benefits you earn! You’ll be able to earn points for any purchases you make and unlock new rewards by leveling up in our program and interacting with Swag Club’s features. How is my tier status determined?

Your tier status is determined by how many points you earn by shopping with our store and completing our loyalty activities and achievements. The more points you get, the higher your tier status will be. Take a look at our thresholds for tiers in the program description above.

Is my tier status for life?

Yep, your tier status will not change after you earned it! Even if your points expire, you will not lose the tier status that you have gotten to, beclaws we think loyalty is worth rewarding.

How do points work?

1 swag point = $0.01 cents
So, for every $1 spent online, we give you 10 cents back in credit.

Earned points are converted into promotional redemption award dollars. You can apply these reward dollars to future purchases you make to make more out of your purchases. You can use your points at any time, simply drag the slider and hit redeem to generate your unique code.

How do I apply my points to an order?

After redeeming your selected number of points, a unique code will be generated. Add this code into the “discount code” section at the checkout. It cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes, but you may use it alongside any online sales!

Do all purchases count for points?

All of your purchases made on kazoo.com.au will count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your account for your points to be added to your account. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be explicitly notified if a purchase does not count for points.

Do my in-store purchases count for points?

Any purchases of Kazoo products in-store with our stockists are not eligible for Swag. Similarly, you won’t be able to earn points on any purchases made online with our other online stockists. Some of our stockists have their own pawsome loyalty or rewards system, so be sure to ask their furriendly teams for more information.

What happens if I return my items?

Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.

What is voting?

Voting is another fun way for you to earn points for free. If you answer questions that we ask you, you’ll get points awarded to your account. It’s super simple!

How will I receive my birthday gift?

All members who have provided their pet’s birthday information will be invited to redeem a birthday surprise during the month of your pet's birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.

Do my points expire?

Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them. You’ll receive a notification reminding you to use them befur they expire!

How do referrals work?

If you want to do something supaw nice for your furriends and family, you can share your unique link with them so that they get a discount on their first purchase. Share your link via email or via social media, and you’ll receive points in your account when the person you refer makes a qualifying purchase. It’s a win-win!
